This full-home gut remodel transformed a longtime rental into a true dream home, reimagined just in time for a growing family. Our focus was on maximizing every inch of the existing footprint, improving flow and functionality while creating spaces that feel grounded, warm, and tailored to daily life.

An earthy palette of rich materials sets a soulful tone throughout, balanced with thoughtful architectural moments and custom details. Key areas were designed to showcase the family’s art collection, allowing color, texture, and personal history to shape the character of the home. The result is a deeply considered space—functional, expressive, and ready to evolve with the family it holds.
